Used to treat common cold symptoms. Used as prescribed for indicated medical conditions.

Used to treat common cold symptoms. It provides temporary relief from stuffiness in the nose. It also helps to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose and watery eyes.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, mild dizziness. Other side effects may happen. Discuss with your doctor before and during use. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it can make dizziness worse.

Stuffy nose: Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce stuffiness.
Allergic symptoms: Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, relieving symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, and itching.
Drowsiness: Caffeine acts as a stimulant to counteract the drowsiness that can be caused by chlorpheniramine and increases alertness.

Avoid overdose; inform the doctor of medication history. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.

Take as soon as remembered; skip if near next dose.
