This combination cream is used to treat mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections that are also inflamed. It works by combining an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid (beclomethasone), an antifungal (miconazole), and an antibiotic (neomycin) to reduce inflammation, itching, redness, and swelling, while simultaneously fighting the infection
Reduces skin inflammation and treats mixed infections. Used to manage skin conditions that are inflamed and also have a bacterial or fungal infection.
Mild burning, dryness, or itching at application site. Other side effects may happen. Discuss with your doctor before and during use.
Use exactly as advised by your physician. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and rub it in gently. Only use on the skin as directed by your doctor. Do not apply to the eyes, nose, or mouth, and do not swallow it. Avoid covering the treated area with bandages or tight-fitting clothes unless your doctor tells you to. Finish the full course of treatment, even if you start to feel better, as the infection may not be fully cleared.
Beclomethasone: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by blocking the release of chemicals that cause redness, swelling, and itching. Neomycin: An antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by interfering with protein synthesis within the bacterial cells. Miconazole: An antifungal that stops fungal growth by disrupting the formation of its protective outer layer.
