Treat common cold symptoms. It provides temporary relief from stuffiness in the nose. It also helps relieve allergy symptoms like a runny nose and watery eyes.

Effectively relieves symptoms of common cold such as blocked nose, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion or stuffiness.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, mild dizziness. Other side effects may happen. Discuss with your doctor before and during use. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.

Combination of four drugs that work together to provide multi-symptom relief from common cold, flu, and allergy symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, and sneezing| Paracetamol: Acts as an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). |
Phenylephrine HCl: Functions as a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels in the nasal passages, which reduces swelling and congestion, thereby providing relief from a stuffy nose and sinus pressure and making it easier to breathe.
| Diphenhydramine HCl: This is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, a substance the body releases during an allergic reaction. This helps relieve symptoms like a runny nose, watery eyes, itching, and sneezing. It can also have a mild sedative effect. |
Caffeine: Acts as a stimulant that helps increase alertness and reduce fatigue, counteracting the drowsiness often caused by diphenhydramine.

Avoid overdose; inform the doctor of medication history. It can also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make dizziness worse.

Take as soon as remembered; skip if near next dose.
