A combination of medicines that is used to treat anal fissures. It provides relief from redness, swelling and itching. It decreases the pain sensation.
Application site reactions, Mild burning, itching, temporary numbness. Other side effects may happen. Discuss with your doctor before and during use.

Decreases pain sensation at the affected area and helps in passing the stools easily. It also reduces swelling, redness, itching and irritation in the anal area. It soothes the area and gives relief from burning sensation. Hydrocortisone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain thereby decreasing pain sensation. Allantoin is a skin protectant that moisturizes and softens the skin.
Avoid overuse; inform doctor of medication history.
Use as soon as remembered; skip if near next dose.
