Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.

Drive prescription generation through ethical promotion.

Achieve area-wise sales targets and market objectives.

Develop strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.

Plan field strategies, joint visits, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Qualification
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
5 to 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the Ethical Division.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of ethical pharma marketing practices, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic product promotion.
