Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.

  • Drive prescription generation through ethical promotion.

  • Achieve area-wise sales targets and market objectives.

  • Develop strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.

  • Plan field strategies, joint visits, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

5 to 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the Ethical Division.

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of ethical pharma marketing practices, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic product promotion.
